  · 3+ years development experience in one of below areas
1. Front-end development including JavaScript (Object Oriented JavaScript), CSS, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, HTML5.
) q% ?  z8 x! G2. .Net development including C#, OOP, Design Pattern.
; ]  _5 d8 u5 t: Q8 k3. Database development including T-SQL, view, store procedure and performance tuning.
· Strong grasp of relation database concepts,
" V0 M- m; ^% G4 X.Strong oral and written communication skills with self-starter attitude and attention to detail
4 J) a3 z* r3 C2 l· Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions

8 D6 z0 O* b  a· Good knowledge of software engineering, TDD and unit testing
- }. i( c( x. K· Exposure to any of below ERP systems: PeopleSoft, JDE, Epicor, MS Dynamic GP, MS Dynamic Nav. Info Visual
· Exposure to any of below computer science areas
1. Compiler & ANTLR
2. Machine learning, Pattern Recognition
