The Ministry of Children's Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families using:

You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

不过如果年薪十几万以上的，肯定没有必要申请

+ ?" L7 ], J: \" p& B2 k: }, j9 ^a person earns wages of $1,000, and $300 in deductions are taken from his paycheck. His gross income is $1,000 and his net income is $700.

7 A& ~% W5 c1 N3 _根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。
