The Ministry of Children's Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families using:

You can apply for a subsidy if:

You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
Your children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.
6 B6 I6 {' N# T% R; ?6 G# J7 _5 tYou and your spouse/partner are currently working, attending school, looking for work or have special needs

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

不过如果年薪十几万以上的，肯定没有必要申请

& x+ z2 J. e" i5 [7 w& q1 W$ W
1 `% X, o% k7 ?- V, Ga person earns wages of $1,000, and $300 in deductions are taken from his paycheck. His gross income is $1,000 and his net income is $700.

& q  `8 S/ o7 P6 m* _根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。
