You can apply for a subsidy if:

$ P0 t# }) g, D5 c* e( \8 YYou or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
: M. l7 c8 ]' W$ |' C4 tYou or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
  n; k3 [6 a; s6 d, ^3 A4 v( k% t3 PYour children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

a person earns wages of $1,000, and $300 in deductions are taken from his paycheck. His gross income is $1,000 and his net income is $700.

根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。
