适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.7 K3 v8 m2 L$ a' _5 c2 j$ t

Honey Bread

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
; z& i* T/ z/ H0 ~  Y3 X& @2 packages yeast
) ]2 E7 M& O0 }/ C# Z1/3 cup nonfat dry milk5 P# _$ j/ g7 n: v
1 teaspoon salt, x5 w: ~8 }6 H0 q) A
1/2 cup pineapple juice
5 _: k( t0 y% _4 T- H2 G" r, N1/2 cup water. J: N4 q; T; h/ E1 C8 U- p
1/3 cup shortening
. B2 A5 s6 j& ]9 j) |4 V9 p6 ~/ U) ^1/4 cup honey+ m# X6 \  L# A/ U
2 eggs
: q) y7 B3 F- |1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

2 N" G0 f, W+ f0 i4 I! h& DIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and# o! O3 q# l. U' {. @& v
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice  P( U8 a/ S, T* C
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
% k/ m: F% s& Z* o2 C) ~, J4 Pshortening does not need to melt.)
2 {) w; }/ o/ @% W2 z9 S0 c( nAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed+ q! k. x) ]3 W, K7 j& F; t
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ' u- K5 x. g" k- Z; z9 R2 R& N. {

* Y. q: f4 [" ?  Bin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
  i& Q9 e% F( W% f- w' g0 ^# r% hsurface
$ |" u2 S- e! j" }4 l+ Cuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,7 V/ z! V0 e+ k  O. X' x2 K
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes( B) l1 P$ f- |2 F2 V
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).6 E; R3 m; a* C) Z; h/ c" f

7 [7 u1 b9 P3 N7 OPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
5 i6 s9 N7 C7 }. C8 c  m) I7 xPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place $ ^7 ]5 d6 [& Y7 O: H

0 _3 @: t7 g2 R' M. Gbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 3 o+ d9 Q  s8 D6 |: ?0 s8 j

. ^( D+ @! ^% Q/ R) k4 s0 A% R! y& q8 T35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
