在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.( Y0 O. o' T' u5 L7 p( @

Honey Bread; O- ]( V, V9 k* H5 K
3 x- L" {) e4 t) d4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
7 A/ e+ Z6 m0 W K2 packages yeast6 l0 O) d$ s8 C
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk+ `6 Y1 f6 M( u% a& N
1 teaspoon salt7 n4 ]# T& N" A1 w) h: G! j( V
1/2 cup pineapple juice
$ R& N: k" r' ^$ _1/2 cup water2 J0 s' r# N3 H+ U
1/3 cup shortening3 |$ i2 d8 }& H9 U' J1 A
1/4 cup honey, y. [2 m2 C8 S5 W0 J" ]
2 eggs

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

' d, u4 A8 D7 J: v# T. f, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
+ i0 v( @1 l9 Q2 D1 |9 V; Oshortening does not need to melt.)
. n8 R1 n: U) d) HAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed; a, X0 L/ M7 m/ |
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ) x7 f$ I1 E* `1 a1 m9 K
stir
0 o* W* ]) o3 _$ ~+ fin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,) m# A% h9 u, v, T- u8 `
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes; G: n( N9 k! P, q( F# Y: f! n
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

; H# }- c8 W N* WPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
, O3 `' p& ?& h2 J; x/ L& NPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

/ T9 u5 P! S" y" wbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 6 k7 G7 v" y+ B3 ^8 l; v
for+ L% N- p) A9 N* w4 q' z
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
