在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

) F! X) {. o: V2 x8 @1/3 cup nonfat dry milk

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup honey

% e3 ?$ Q. O' e9 B& bIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

4 T8 \) B' f0 X* |/ t% v, B) LAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
4 M& d$ j9 W+ C7 b2 ?1 X- Nuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 3 ]7 @, F) m* ^0 S

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,4 { S! l! }$ E+ m0 i, }
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes% R: W- c* c2 L- t
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).2 o: k% Z+ J1 H; E- n$ W! `) W& G

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
; E7 G9 E1 D4 L$ k( J4 kPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place $ W C& s1 }& W. |! d9 z

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly' \: I1 ~: Y1 l. O# o, D8 z" N
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 9 o; @- M1 S5 B

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
