适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

& A+ c7 X4 E! E" ]& Y; [4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
& y+ F2 e& `/ F* E4 _3 H7 \2 packages yeast# o9 u( Q5 N% {$ R: O- Z
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
' X8 [1 J% H$ I! ~" Y1 teaspoon salt
9 c" C3 P- D0 c: Z9 R- d. S; S. a1/2 cup pineapple juice, o3 e& s" r; S- G) E& o
1/2 cup water* s  R2 C9 k" T$ U; M# @0 N% j; j3 }
1/3 cup shortening
1 F; [% E' |0 T' a" W; Y" h: @4 ?1/4 cup honey- a' j/ ^5 k: o8 Y+ A* e' y! N
2 eggs8 E' A( T$ Z. Z6 i& r
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired/ N$ U) n5 s; Y; s

! ^  v3 U/ }/ h0 G3 u$ VIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
- t& l0 T" ]9 i' k1 E7 J! p% P' ]salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice$ \- q4 F( }* H& _
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
3 Z; f# e; M. n' mshortening does not need to melt.)
1 M* Z' H" }" I8 NAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed* x7 u' U1 P  X* y4 @
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

7 h- v8 F  X( w# S; J% sin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ) o6 f! Q. T1 x. H1 T' c! W
surface
' v' R9 J$ I  ?0 J' `until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,; r1 q+ Z+ a6 f% i3 u) A& Y
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
7 {! M, Z+ z0 Z7 nPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

" V. F. e- A" w, Kto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
; N6 i1 v5 \6 x( U: k9 \beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 5 T4 [3 u, F/ O0 U; P7 `# ]
for
6 U' M  m/ B5 L35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
