适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包., m" R& O3 u! ]' n) e8 I6 [

' f/ T/ v! i% e6 I& ]/ e3 ^. J4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR+ P9 |; o0 Q4 C1 V2 c
2 packages yeast& g. g' x( Q/ e/ Z% [! n! m, k
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk9 W$ s2 h6 B* ?3 B
1 teaspoon salt0 w* U; p: z+ @* g" n; o- d) q
1/2 cup pineapple juice7 m" C: w, C% g$ x' V/ p
1/2 cup water9 n0 Y* J; ~( A& ~  Z
1/3 cup shortening
0 @3 u; L! H$ ^/ h( D1 ~1/4 cup honey+ u6 H; t+ p/ g9 i! s6 @
2 eggs
1 F% t. m7 L$ ?1 @* [1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

/ u+ H2 A8 |2 z; p3 X' FIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
6 K" ]3 V* e9 Z) v: |salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice! n- f, z0 p: _9 ]$ H+ o3 l5 b
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
: u& b& A5 U" e1 dshortening does not need to melt.)
6 T7 r2 n, y/ n5 {" _  Z6 O; GAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
- E$ a) z! A, j5 funtil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
/ r2 Y( W' X* P5 s) M( vstir/ S/ I+ i1 Y2 y' j6 ~1 o' P9 L
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured , C4 E  q1 m! {+ v: o$ o) C8 N" V. e
surface
* V; d9 X! k0 i  a& t  q! wuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,) D' ~$ H, F: L5 C! Z1 u
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes: v0 N5 a) `- S& Z9 Y) x7 g! Y0 o
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).2 }' e' W+ E, R4 x, R/ J" q

3 |4 T" `  G, U7 a- CPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.0 W7 }; e2 K/ ?  W
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place : J2 Z4 ~: ?/ P$ I: I. ~

2 T3 V. S3 S0 u5 \3 p8 obeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree / }+ b+ h; G# m+ t) U4 `0 p" k
for
* ^$ t: r9 `& _+ |; I4 d35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
