适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
& ]; \" S# s5 {3 J' V" c/ N2 packages yeast' l5 I+ U: |2 S9 F
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk5 c2 u+ {0 s4 W: o9 H
1 teaspoon salt
( V! X) a2 F, M+ A! K7 B3 h1/2 cup pineapple juice2 X! A2 Z! d7 h- m, H
1/2 cup water
+ m" k3 Q6 w% W( |* T% {1/3 cup shortening, S5 Z- b" e- O  l/ L1 @
1/4 cup honey. V; p8 v# @4 N; p  ?5 A+ R
2 eggs/ s  Z1 l. R7 N/ |4 N; ~
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
: w: E6 x. C/ E3 E& S8 p$ Y  B+ H5 T' r6 G2 ~/ f0 m8 `& A
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and; A( S! v2 L, P  m
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice. h8 ~) B. z# X" Z# K0 q0 `
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;% Z2 ?' T# G. t8 v$ l! z% L
shortening does not need to melt.)
) Y, B( v3 x: P1 C* W- N7 xAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
+ F$ f/ e' X1 \4 e  Y' ]until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 5 }/ e0 H7 C/ d& a& M- E
stir' @! u# R% f- Q, k) e0 k3 U
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured - Q) [1 u+ h8 y
surface2 `$ U4 a6 ^& A4 k, P
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,$ q. O5 }7 ~9 I. n# u5 K2 y
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes8 Z: S" z- m( i
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.* n& u$ ?% ^8 |7 B
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly% ]$ Q* L# w3 |; y
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

. `# t: U% M+ e7 T+ h4 D" P3 [5 [35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
