适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.2 M# X& s: V6 Z3 w7 Y6 M2 o- H

Honey Bread

9 |0 X; d& F' f0 @' Q- K' h4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR  `! K# H3 f+ J% H! f" P0 f
2 packages yeast2 x5 ]" k8 d2 |' p$ B7 R/ \# K
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk7 L/ Y2 u7 g2 ~
1 teaspoon salt
' n' Q' E6 ~! Q1/2 cup pineapple juice
0 r7 |2 ?) r2 N7 L1/2 cup water
. {0 x* P  M8 F0 f1/3 cup shortening
8 R1 y0 g# i. {  y8 G8 {3 d1/4 cup honey  y. ?* V5 d# f/ ?
2 eggs
" f9 U' Y3 ?$ ?6 F  F# Z' D8 ^( X1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired1 @+ t+ \: X0 s7 b/ x' K

# x5 ?* G6 T2 Y7 G* nIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and. B( E7 A- h8 e. O! K, C( i( t
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice, f0 N8 b* B8 F& p  w  n( M' V3 Z
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;6 u& E) h% `1 t; ]
shortening does not need to melt.)
6 x6 ~* g+ s6 xAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed+ Z0 @6 Y: c2 J$ z
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
+ K3 B% m( o" Z9 d4 T* Asurface8 k, c5 H3 ^2 m: T+ ^
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,0 w- R, I; O6 }: Z. j
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes1 o9 G% @# g0 C; ^. M) t0 u
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).7 H' j! V0 g# B# w7 x

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
; I8 ?' Z; a8 T2 D& M- j1 jPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly/ D6 k% s9 J; A4 J4 S; \
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree . @$ F0 o( H1 Y* D: C. n

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
