适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.+ A7 `; m7 o" X% R9 H

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR3 h( p' F; e- B7 S+ @, q" o* v
2 packages yeast* Q8 K9 o2 |: b: f5 K
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk2 p1 J" ~% D3 z0 a+ K9 V
1 teaspoon salt
1 u; t. H( L9 e4 m, l- b1/2 cup pineapple juice% T3 x, v) i1 {0 Y6 B
1/2 cup water
2 h- B8 E" D1 a9 P( y, A$ u/ ^1/3 cup shortening
. ?) p) c5 {) P: b* M& F1/4 cup honey, ?% T- b8 `4 [" R" F
2 eggs2 v7 {! \4 N% p0 W
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and, _- n; M" L) F, `8 w
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice6 p4 v* K8 j' j# C" U6 D
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
9 M7 W( w% S/ a3 j# t. gshortening does not need to melt.). n6 H% A: E# T+ v% J
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
* {) P* U/ }" F* \( I/ ]8 ~! juntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
5 b7 p$ f  M  {/ t; V* @) _stir" w% j4 ^4 {8 J9 }7 I" O" @3 t
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ! _4 q8 E" \8 t  l
surface2 Z2 I% v( B9 w0 p
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
' O0 y1 u. z. r- A! C8 W0 Y( wturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes1 {; r# C4 s: x7 n# p& A
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).3 a# _  u, H4 \  k2 T( Q

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
1 ?* f. ^. ?4 u$ k4 \5 M- dPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

$ t5 n7 w* I( o* r7 m$ u5 vbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree . t' r+ s' O0 ]: k& j" `+ i. g
for
' J+ n9 D4 E1 V* f. H35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
