在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk8 G% y0 g4 z( Y: O& y, E
1 teaspoon salt
; g6 E; \8 j v P* U5 T* g1/2 cup pineapple juice+ _% A- E0 L8 p8 x- ?
1/2 cup water# l1 p9 E; n5 {9 b7 i
1/3 cup shortening' U; [* j8 d- T& U2 g& j! j
1/4 cup honey
! t6 J, F t+ F% {2 eggs+ k! \! }8 h& G/ b% \
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired& E* o1 x1 o$ R( n! j

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and D; U) x5 P5 q) l
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice. _0 F: A& P+ p+ ~- m: T0 r7 a
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
4 w" j: b# i/ y8 ^. @until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 9 x1 B5 I8 \$ X" H
stir4 {1 e; ?1 c% ^2 Q# k$ ^9 f
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ( A+ O4 Q% I3 Z. J& w" D' a$ u
surface! o( A% ?& `0 p, w- Y3 N0 m
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,; b) R9 l9 {, v
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 0 S- c$ E5 g" Q$ S% l# T6 q7 P
