适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.4 r& ?1 I$ Q8 z( L% g( X0 L1 S% i

$ x" p- y+ J3 y  U2 i, R; q3 D; i4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
4 B$ S1 d& T! L2 s5 ?; E2 packages yeast6 |9 i2 }6 l. }- ?+ K  o
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
! M: e3 k6 W& ^' H1 l* y1 teaspoon salt
# R, {9 z: e, N( _6 k; f* c. Y1/2 cup pineapple juice! w6 y% e' D4 K) U- M5 [3 y
1/2 cup water6 n- c/ }' C! l: S$ E$ @8 d
1/3 cup shortening
. ~& V3 X- c4 ]& @9 T1/4 cup honey
. U7 O3 J2 O/ N8 N- X2 eggs
9 }0 ]5 k1 w: ?1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired8 w( c" ?2 v0 m9 l0 s+ S6 k

9 i( |; U8 g& s3 C" z1 JIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
3 Q/ B; O( v% A# h, Vsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice2 K2 z0 K& \$ K8 Q
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
# v; C% U4 A0 k+ i3 ?shortening does not need to melt.)
' s0 u4 b% {( X3 j& _( CAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
( u  }2 v# z" I  t& Vuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually , A# o' \' }& b
stir
+ e0 W2 q; x. W, s4 U# yin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
1 S5 Z  A/ N' ?  L. v# H( msurface- t! M) {5 p! S& B" b% k
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,, v6 h. p& Z8 ^1 `
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
" d; \) Z  M$ Q& o7 j+ l  q) a(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast)., @6 t; P, [" [! e( u# ^* ?

6 |5 d0 R# p6 P' _7 l. MPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.3 R7 i7 o: ?/ e: _' i; [0 ?' D9 W% d
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place & \, E& f( y7 |5 Z* {* }! E. p

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 7 t6 ~0 c9 `# ?1 r- G

; v! Q/ r# f! i$ E5 N35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
