请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
+ E) G4 v) C- _3 VYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
" a) j6 k# b  \1 f( p1 n8 M8 [proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
. a* S0 V. H; R  Y: Q& s( e& t  [proof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
8 b" b0 e3 ~% x! ~3 Ia letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
, |/ h4 W5 V" z7 M; `$ s8 iproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

+ E( t  _; q( p2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
