- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules
# G6 V5 @( O. J: \  I7 ]% r2 e, d
  d( r6 K) I6 P- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

+ M' \% B1 D1 K8 R# X1 P- Opening and closing procedures
+ t/ b* T- O, l4 M$ }( B
( P  `4 B& z+ O- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

( ]" l  u+ a2 `/ T4 c  ]- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
