-组织和分发工作人员时间表

* P% B/ G1 w4 S! ]-装卸商品销售楼层分布

-及时、专业地解决客户投诉。

Job Duties:
/ [# A$ {: E  s4 N; `8 M
+ r+ S0 m* C" a8 K7 A4 q+ X/ l- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
8 ^9 y  ~. c7 _8 R
- Organize and distribute staff schedules

- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

: f& T  X+ i; v2 N- Opening and closing procedures
' ^+ H, W1 q1 _* X7 F' k
- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Set up floor and window displays

* a: W' M* m& |* p# i- N) j3 }7 B- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

8 ^9 a/ c( g- i1 Z& f  c4 F- l- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

5 ^. Z$ f4 H* x$ R4 s/ o, m6 A. f( R- Prior experience is a plus+
  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (35 hours minimum)
