+ m( T0 t2 q) @7 \) VAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:, K. i# N7 L3 u3 m* _/ o$ o

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. " a6 P- h( Y" s! J
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. + F3 D) }! ~. P% H. g
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
+ [' c) D1 P4 Z& l- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
+ Z4 g4 f* B/ q0 p' F- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
( a, s) W/ N: D3 a) O% q- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). ' M% g: T1 G6 A) d& F

Experience and Education Requirements. H9 V6 {2 Y; ~4 h$ q/ Q

- Strong leadership skills ' I q7 F4 E5 G' M5 k( w4 X
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma * S( Q5 {- w0 O i! Y3 a% l" ~
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills % D2 T3 {& @* v. Q6 E
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
% n8 J# a) H9 D! b! R; K- v- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.: j/ g) a4 ?# U U; I7 V
