3 i, r" V7 R2 W; W% kAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
2 }: Z( e6 ~# a$ I5 h* H  q6 ^. T4 o- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
8 u0 Z3 G# |" L- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).
- Managing shift expense budgets.

Experience and Education Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience
) C2 h  P) i" x2 |- Strong leadership skills
" ~* _8 y& o4 t1 [- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
* |3 ?) O7 m' X5 w. W5 N# c- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
