" g4 X) U' b! [9 O; l% J/ iAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

) C9 [: s3 B- N2 D- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 2 } u/ U f3 I2 `2 O2 F! s
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
. S/ ~, T f W% d+ C+ c- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
( q# |0 d' z& l4 y: L" z- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. 2 x6 a& i Q9 n+ F% _8 y
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence. / X" v- B5 x7 E; R$ ^
- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). 6 W4 A# h" B( T7 a/ |- F

- Previous supervisory experience

% u+ H5 r3 c. b' y4 r' T. D- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
( u2 D( q6 ?, o$ \& K4 z0 `* c- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
