•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
* p/ P ^6 A. H; t•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.& c. u9 l; {$ r) d' t5 ?" Y
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.$ D$ B1 r" h( ^7 [; Z6 |5 i2 y
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents. J: x7 z) w ~. L, @$ g9 p
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.

•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
- j7 B3 S3 d5 _0 q$ h•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.' w8 V/ c& E3 V, r6 K- s1 _
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.- ]3 f; m- [' Q+ Z
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
1 u) I, C: R2 M M0 L9 y: C•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).! `4 _. f* O9 n; Z
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.1 f& u8 ]& e) B7 O$ d& Q
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

Education and Experience
- l6 d( I, `7 j4 P" H5 ~Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

3 V/ o( b1 A# C+ i' p T2 k0 M6 P* ^2+ years network related experience.
