A little salt
g: l3 N1 O$ v" ~4 B, S; ~If you like you can use more ingredients such as bacon, onion/green onion/chives, ransh salad dressing or sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

Place potatoes and salt into a large pot filled with enough water to cover the potatoes. ) V' R( H. c. I) ?/ G
Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. + |$ O7 N) b$ N. _5 y% J* v/ Z
Drain the water, mix in butter and mash/beat with mixer.
