- Order Acknowledge by email

- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

- Send orders to warehouse to process
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
* n% z) X, R" e3 I8 ~4 @0 o) y- Follow up and report about order status
$ Z2 W  C( k; W$ x2 c4 o- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
' i# d# v. `0 _" p7 V- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
' D8 ?( h" p% V$ E- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
- Point of contact with Factory in China
9 f( U. X4 u% X* P0 o- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
9 [: K5 V7 c& v8 t( F4 q- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
; L7 T( g+ ^+ ~( H- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
9 W+ S# t. b; D0 Q3 C6 n- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
% ~) |1 ?3 d  C8 R& @: O" l: V- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
3 P) o/ i* n: C* J* r4 }- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
; w& S4 Y; n2 {2 L1 w- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
, }! W  X0 b  s) ^- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

- Work out Weekly Sales Report
$ t* z2 l. f* g0 F- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
9 g( z3 K2 l* j- B- Update system with Shipping information at order level
" ^9 z" U5 I" s9 h% e8 B- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
