PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.+ e e$ \6 u+ Z4 ~ i# e
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
6 c; `* D1 h) PRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.3 }! k* s2 F+ M. Y" t
Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
* B& c/ x7 a: o) u- s bInterpret and follow contract and customer specifications/ G; ^5 \5 U( u
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind./ T/ [) f# ~: c' ~3 p
Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.* ?) C! {9 y9 [& Y
Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed

Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution' e* Y8 e5 K: X
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed! H% V7 E2 H3 I4 O) ~3 _7 t. j1 P
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
9 U' ]7 b3 @4 Z0 p; jExecute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)4 `0 `+ ]$ O9 |9 g9 P( |- Z
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
9 c. T$ c' J- P% s p* J- ZWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing
( J5 z5 d" P0 I+ I% A/ I0 M# FLead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure: v1 F" U; u, u: ?# H/ K6 b, f/ B1 a

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
2 w" o4 p/ ~/ {1 D( U) zTwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.( I' E% c. `) G/ N+ G
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)2 _' X: ~; ~ M
Experience interpreting process control documents." n+ l4 }- W& h ~1 y9 x0 h
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities8 W7 ]& l3 Z* ]# O( H6 I% p
Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards' B' @0 q+ G; A, `5 `6 u
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies& T) x2 g2 g: c, D _- r' Z
Valid passport and driver's license.

Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
/ R* k- b4 R/ E% E2 MMechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)- H8 l& [- G Y9 O: M
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment& l* K6 H0 _7 [( t0 y v, u
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents! ]6 \! g; P/ p# l* I& J- z) J
Ability to quickly shift focus from one technical issue to another while maintaining commitment to accuracy and precision
