PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
6 y9 s/ y- p2 c: fConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.4 o2 I+ K0 S& I
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
: o) V1 S* e8 U# f( O% R' @Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.
7 n6 U' a6 N+ qInterpret and follow contract and customer specifications
1 \: F8 F" u# w6 j% zContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.
0 H& c$ C7 h- [' z) j5 @2 `4 S: ]Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.

Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences' _) ]/ \0 u- P0 Z% j* j
Provide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution1 f R' j" F% S& {0 j
Work with 3rd-party system integrators to coordinate plant design and operation as needed8 o3 [0 C' A7 ?. ]4 L
Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.2 A) ]/ m- _* v+ Y3 g% u# b
Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)

Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure1 P; n% ?* H+ @: U; e
Occasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
5 y) G9 ?5 x, }5 ITwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.
" O6 u' V2 \# i: Y0 o! D" v7 ^8 \Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)
^+ w) ?) P' h5 N& l$ [Experience interpreting process control documents.

Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)1 ~+ n- o4 h7 |1 V& P
Electrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment# Y2 B3 F0 q0 m2 e2 T
Ability to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
