-Completion of a post-secondary education
( v) K3 p5 E9 m7 q8 C- p& r8 V/ M-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
9 f0 W- ]! w" z8 Q-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
+ n" M, X6 B: C$ k- }-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public- z5 g1 d6 _ D2 @
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
7 `& V* w7 k5 {. ^2 z-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.' a n: u: c }. `8 V% l, M7 _5 W1 n1 b
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy; [% r% m7 ?. b8 q9 C/ O
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
