- D9 }3 t( ~8 c# d' i-Completion of a post-secondary education
: s/ f$ r' \, t/ _2 s; @-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
4 g* B2 F+ t0 T-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
- B/ k2 g( x  E9 C( N* _-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
( \) {/ [3 r' a7 v. E3 V-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
- f$ J( o% A9 ]+ N4 P( p( }-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
