-Completion of a post-secondary education; `& k! m/ c, i# \1 h$ q- }! {! O
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
2 K( w. R/ K0 ?2 D9 ?! D. L-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
0 }1 L4 E: }" a) k-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
' S! @/ i3 s7 T% X, a7 q-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
: h) {7 B7 I: H6 c3 S-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
" Q' I) L+ X* n" p-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
. K( f5 W4 ?- L( U2 v+ a-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.* z$ J. O+ K' K' \, z) U. X' P
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
; |( V; C- W1 q& B. h9 Z-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
