-Completion of a post-secondary education
- i. ]  ]3 Y5 q$ }! R# F! V. e-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
5 S% J+ P2 U2 w' E-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
6 v+ m8 I& h% \( l' P2 f-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
$ C) y3 F- {" C9 ]- f* O( E* A-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
-Sales Experience is an asset
6 u1 r6 \& u4 q8 w: o-Fluent in English and Cantonese
" Z. d5 [( _8 M3 F3 z8 Y- [/ ^-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
