Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

- Team player and development minded.

- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
7 A. p' F) G# Y: H, N& I- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
% a; X! Q; B3 c0 {, I/ P- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
5 X2 D* A& J5 @" u; K4 `1 P/ n3 f- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
