Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
3 J% f4 e3 ^3 h9 y) h- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
; ]# a$ E8 F) t- s* o/ R9 ~( w- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
1 m  p* L2 |$ o, C2 s  m/ }( P  C- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
" F3 v2 |/ |" z, g4 u- C& X- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
