Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
% Q% n8 y; b; s1 e& L- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
* E) ?5 B/ j" H& m- h- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
/ u+ {; J% C0 T- w( |" h- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
& T& J; H- h% ^: o2 }. ]( a- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
' Y, z$ l3 V* T5 M5 Z  L- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
