• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
. d/ N' o0 M7 o• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
. D: Z9 E9 D4 I7 E! _3 ]. h• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
) x1 X( [# @. P& z+ U1 f• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

- t) \; ]+ |1 d• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
* ^" v. t: o" q9 X: r* D* s: k• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
' x; d- v) N3 ]' {6 m• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
3 X2 K% c8 m# t• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail

1 o; }  e" S6 F, j5 `• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
