Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
7 C& S; J( P$ i• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
/ O, f/ f4 U, y, Z0 B• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
( k$ Z1 ]. f, u• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

# {2 ^6 M0 E" C1 B/ Z8 N4 a• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  z2 H+ l, E& k5 F* x: B4 c* U( K4 m• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
) C: i7 o( {4 \( q% V" Q4 A# ^2 p• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
% Z3 ]( L  h3 [$ V$ m• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
( A! {' w* c' N • Strong time management. Strong attention to detail

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
