We are fast growing and now we are looking for full time/part time sales associates to become a part of our team. Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
/ Z4 b* h& c; @) |6 j5 R• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
5 D9 q( R* z6 w/ K9 B• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
- ?  Z! v2 U9 b• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
& i8 x0 R$ J9 }6 f& f$ i) a• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
0 Q! b/ G4 g7 b4 S! G2 @- d) x% ^• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
