• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
, u8 _/ z1 j$ d; {6 k6 j9 \• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
- ~, E0 V* `- u. }" e2 k! y9 Y7 B$ `3 s. r• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
  H# K" B1 f: X$ v! u1 g+ d1 h• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
+ l# k: x2 M. U, {6 }2 h• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
/ B" R7 G2 I8 W: }, ^• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.

• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
( @" F! c' {: E5 D( U3 J• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
