6 b( \/ j+ y  ~; ?1 R• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
! K9 [4 c0 ?2 ^' d6 f• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
4 J. K* F! J: a& N• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
3 t4 n) D2 \& V/ _& \* s5 o0 K" W• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
: Y6 k1 _5 l) ]; K/ y• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
% O8 }) a8 Z9 M& b: j8 g8 G• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
; x) F$ X6 a+ c$ d! X# s' C) f& o• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
; u9 {% P8 H/ A! ]4 Y• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
6 f0 v- X" }# B! c% ~• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
5 g$ }. m" ?& i$ j9 H• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
) q. l: S) r" J: w5 S• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
