This position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
$ M+ U# x$ a& N+ t7 U6 P8 T1 E) j-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
8 s  `. y6 J' B& V: l3 {-        Building and managing supplier relationships
) Q- P: b& x& F' Q! C. {) H-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

  I6 U' n- x4 O8 Y6 o! J. c3 nRequirements:
: p! E8 Q, m' S( j, [; j$ e% m# i+ M- Sound research skills
% X# a0 b, f+ s/ o1 y  F0 C- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
/ ]! K3 a/ T6 [- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
2 o- E8 l6 X- `' H- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
( D8 c  A% p& }& ~! W, ^- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
