CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

8 c9 q" w+ P( v# W$ tThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

, ~( d' D' O& C% X( QThe procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
2 p- m& b& h7 L: z. _6 n-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
. M9 L3 _. C5 E0 R-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses
# A6 P% }' P" }' g5 T
Requirements:
- Sound research skills
7 W1 \# X# A8 ]  H1 O; A$ J6 p- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5 u; b" g0 {; h: a: ^  R3 l! L/ a- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
: w0 N; o4 r1 M- w, @# x" k1 c2 r- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
