- A0 N, O& @" u9 z' e" B: `# f- dThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

: I% b" G6 E$ @The procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
& m% E! J- F* I7 P7 ?. }5 w9 U, r-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
7 a% b2 i0 ~; u  h-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

6 B# b! v8 K" _- ^1 bRequirements:
- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
