CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
5 h8 q5 D* w/ s, I$ w( b•        Publish financial statements in time
9 A8 Y9 E4 x. M% B* h  G•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
( A" g$ e! @8 J4 Z& Y/ T# U•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
4 j+ M7 {" k0 x$ ^# {0 W2 ^8 _•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
7 U* G' ?' |. C+ R5 E
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
4 K) o( H- ]/ X2 x; p  R7 d  {•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
- g( C$ J, g7 F1 h4 g4 X•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
2 Q  U' m8 d+ ~4 Z; |% l•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
, |# N, s9 V  F" I•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Z5 `$ q3 Z( {7 f2 W•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
& W0 h/ {3 E# k  L•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

+ Z: f' [. n/ w0 N2 X4 s# f2 ~Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
