CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

& [' e, o5 o9 A+ ~; mResponsibilities:
" P9 p( {4 w7 _) I) y! O0 h•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
: q; t7 `* a  l  L' s•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
# t6 I  G( Q; Y$ k•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
2 R- x% P$ I7 [( Y•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
# k: m+ x" M, c* b' v& m5 O2 G
0 ?, z; X) i5 K+ G# m) Q$ ~•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; _, j% I5 J. W2 ?/ |•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
- f$ S4 j/ d1 W" R, X! F; z$ }•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 H9 Y; d* `" @. G•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$ N" @: p) ^: g% }•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

6 U* q/ a' k1 g1 E$ fSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
