CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

* _0 e9 ?9 I& f) a: M•        Manage all accounting transactions
/ {  b- }! N3 X! Q•        Publish financial statements in time
1 k3 C; y% ]6 v•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 ?0 E4 F/ t1 ^( J* G! G! i( E•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
9 d7 M. r7 C# p. t$ ~! R& e- O•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  d  u" ~3 t3 ]4 L. D# j, Y•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

5 T: t% L8 y8 C•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
+ |7 y3 K9 d1 L1 m6 Z& j5 Y•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
: f, X) _5 O( q7 F8 A•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
( Z' [, i4 R) L0 \% W' r; y•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
7 b) a6 v; x4 q1 B' h: C•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
% m, J6 e9 I# P4 m+ H  u. g( w•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

8 G4 H( p" D, CSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
