CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

7 H- ]; _. i2 ~. J/ vResponsibilities:
' V  A0 p6 G& g6 r% T" y" ^( F•        Manage all accounting transactions
7 e/ {+ y& o8 E9 \6 O4 H# ]•        Publish financial statements in time
. }7 `2 w# r) N& l) z% @' R7 @•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
, o( M  x' S7 @7 ~( e# ?: c•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
( ]$ Y  n  \& c- b9 j$ L0 s•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
/ Q4 f7 x# s# A; ~•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

& j9 _- J9 z5 ~: k; yAccountant Requirements:

$ M' y- G$ @) Q•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
- x/ v5 o4 o) {# |3 a' h; A•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
2 e2 u4 T! E8 n% G% u•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 e2 k  F- r, Y•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

; j3 h! \' _1 |( Y" _Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
