CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

; R: P( o6 K, |  \8 ~% e4 LResponsibilities:
8 K0 v4 |! y# B•        Manage all accounting transactions
$ a' V5 m7 q2 ?$ U) w7 n* O•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
8 S: G! m, v, |& b; U8 |* ]2 C6 `4 i•        Ensure timely bank payments
# R* Z' n, Y7 H8 h1 i1 @•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

5 v! d; b0 {& v+ x: A•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
; J* c; E5 j( @. m( ?- m•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; v% R1 P: x  ]9 a* n•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- W4 X7 ?- O: N! B# V. u•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
