CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
% x2 U; h) Z7 y. s8 c& r•        Manage all accounting transactions
* {6 n9 i! _. [$ s3 R•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
8 B8 n7 G7 A% [6 h3 Y•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  n7 Y5 _- S% r4 e  {; q•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
% l6 Y. \7 ]) j  C0 a) l4 @•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
7 I: m2 y' ^9 R2 S- _% `& J7 G
3 p, h8 d8 E& y•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
$ Y: G) A3 a) F7 @; c) u: ?8 s0 D* J•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
" L4 _  U9 g5 x* L- Z5 P" H" \7 i•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
# p. r! y  _* i1 m4 @4 K$ ]7 g# Y. }•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7 }7 @5 t2 @; F6 Q, u4 ?•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8 c' I9 [0 a8 ^) K" {2 H" P•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
