CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:. J# q$ y7 _! l' _$ n! [% q4 m6 M; H1 i
• Manage all accounting transactions9 ]! C |6 u0 w
• Publish financial statements in time0 `! X' V# i( Y9 J! N* B
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings: ~! f8 u1 C d5 \' m! T
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
% n7 H. v* I( o) V& o$ Y) Q• Ensure timely bank payments
: P0 A! [; \; @/ C• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary5 j1 F* {# U3 N7 s/ ^1 Z, J
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accountant Requirements:
7 a6 V( B" E! l$ }9 V, M0 P
. }( K. C) p6 j2 l j- v• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
& |1 [6 V: j. C4 W! W1 n• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
7 a" ^: U) L" R* g5 ]; _3 q9 y• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)! }! a7 X+ V) }5 m0 X7 O
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
" f9 a! ~. B( A8 x* L• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
3 v% c8 k0 i- n, M) F* R( F: e• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
# w. ^" P/ _4 N( \! X• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 T; Z: X2 O7 H" I• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
