CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

2 i# C0 v: c; D# C$ a% B9 YResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
, z* f% Q% V; \4 g•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
, b" [4 b: |2 }# E8 ~- H" h•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
; h; t; F, Y0 t, A. ]" t$ }•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

8 G6 b  G! o. ]" _3 V' _3 l. A
4 @; Q6 E8 ?- p•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
! d8 m7 m/ h+ ^/ F5 x8 _•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
3 H' H& W9 \: u. U: V# @•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. d! \9 [+ D' _1 W; g- U: P5 F% L; g•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
