CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

" T  Y8 D; T) \2 d2 F& gResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
$ s9 H0 b& m) ?' b7 q: r/ S•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  e  I( i# R/ Y! u- f•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
9 }/ g! g2 r. ?+ q2 H' o) A•        Ensure timely bank payments
- q; R8 q" W5 z/ g) V, K) f$ G•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
" A* C5 D3 Q& _* _& w•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

" A1 E5 |" R  nAccountant Requirements:
0 h1 D0 o% V/ t2 T0 o3 O+ y
* I6 l. R1 `) S* [! G•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
8 K6 H% f4 U/ Y7 s' n& ^% |! r' b$ e•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
; s8 H: g! M, u& }# E6 V•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
6 z7 E  l/ M0 ]7 ]•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  [1 z9 f. [% @5 r6 r" I  z•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5 j6 O) z  _7 N. {% ?•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
