CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
7 V* O" z2 j5 S•        Manage all accounting transactions
( E" D. O; \" |2 T& o' `$ c( g•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
: v# u) ?* N7 p" O•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
, w6 P# _) q0 V" Y•        Ensure timely bank payments
. c. _: x4 |/ Y8 E+ L1 ^•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
$ X6 [3 [; {. z* l•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
  Q. F8 ~8 E2 m3 O% M•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

  ?& G0 _6 A# W0 Z7 s- J9 x# yAccountant Requirements:
  f) E$ t0 O4 n2 j1 ]* |
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
) ~. i3 u8 M# i7 ]; z, }( A•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
, t% V8 a& B& Z: h& A•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
