CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
) g3 y: E& A6 j! R•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
6 Y# d& U0 m& Y& ^6 m9 K•        Ensure timely bank payments
0 N8 E4 y: k6 n7 p/ c# j•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations

4 E$ v- }& Y* y* W& a2 y1 yAccountant Requirements:
* m3 `& z. g2 U0 P9 y
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
5 d8 D. D3 y- v  p# l& U5 H•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
" C0 S' f6 Q% L) g. t  R•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
