Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.8 j0 |2 k* E% R& W- U8 ~9 O
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.1 R" ?( w/ b' C( \2 |
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.8 \! S: w0 @9 E0 Z+ g' Q' u
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.* T& J$ P8 g8 R
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.4 p5 a7 y. F# I, y
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
3 }" p) S( o$ Q" N @2 a8 v5 lNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
: C# v$ a& m0 E- d1 V( i6 r* M6 mImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.4 y' z7 j: \2 i& x$ I) I# }$ d
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.# V6 V$ P# {# @4 ]$ G8 U+ W) ?6 a
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
