Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking., |4 k, j! e- \/ l3 Y6 o6 X
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
8 V) l, i" v$ e* uResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
$ u0 y; |) Y& M9 QResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
, k4 o2 p1 U# I* l# _Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.& ?1 k1 |) a5 Z# g
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
: l+ M) v: g4 i/ n- \Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
( n# i. a P5 s, {Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
* n5 L0 [+ k; T. h! yBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.9 X$ p. Z8 V; I0 P, h
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
