Job Description
8 r. g) B- w# q' ^+ F9 y% V: uResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
% M! {6 `3 _6 v) dResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
! c+ c5 h5 S. W8 h0 rResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
- {' m! `) R9 N0 u1 VResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.& R z( @9 n2 c* G
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
# A6 w: O7 n6 [0 d" qResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.) |$ D6 [, ^8 v" Q) J! e% _! h+ v% Y
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.8 Z7 F6 \: Z% B: G+ ^
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.+ F- ?. d2 d! n! f( c" U" B
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.6 H R# G: s0 ?/ V" Q! M
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
