Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
! U, s# @ R2 j; ~! P% e( I% cResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
2 e& u/ c$ X% t9 M6 `Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc./ y3 d% S& ?" V3 a8 b5 a
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
$ M$ Y! P' ^2 ]4 W8 M2 h4 p9 c* @Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.% S4 K1 }$ F. G$ F/ u
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.# K/ ]- P0 n7 ?9 I$ q7 T* F& V
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
% t# x* R) T% g, c. EImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
/ S& \- J, w: MBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.3 Q) V9 Q7 \' D9 s
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
