8 h2 x2 H& _% M+ `The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
$ e6 A) E1 b! o; s7 _-Job Responsibilities:
& _: Y' t4 f  t2 qCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
7 x( k) m) B+ mEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
$ }( ?! z2 h. X, N& k3 u! ?% Q9 zProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
/ ^8 \! y) y5 `" [0 x" f4 kMaintain daily production records.
Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
