& e! J1 p0 F% f+ p$ zŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
) T3 P) y4 c+ I+ o5 vŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

" N$ d, d% r/ ^5 c; v. @Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
" o$ B+ @$ z6 T. FŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
; Q# G5 u5 `' g3 b& \% E: T0 o% s% JŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
, o5 x: C- B4 i# dŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
, k3 c: G0 s3 ^& d7 D. Q+ q4 A) W5 \Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

1 ?: A. K! c* w% [' C3 Z4 H6 vŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
& T* n$ q; ^" pŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
