. ~/ M; L# ^9 `6 J. k4 hŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
, _. I) V) V0 K8 y) |  V+ Q9 RŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 T$ r' L" }- e6 R2 I( bŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
* T6 z8 E0 W5 SŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
5 X' A! a7 A7 {& _Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
" t" A- ]: w8 g4 Z+ k( oŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
! m; Z, n+ E: p4 FŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
! E0 C' u: A/ o* Y1 `Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
- ~/ I. C5 S' I/ A+ c2 uŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
2 ^. N- P! \1 mŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
6 s5 M& i2 {1 K0 K3 GŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
# O+ H( i; ^/ d; |9 b; h1 CŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
