Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
5 S* `3 X. e/ g9 h- E* i4 E* sŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: a( d0 o( S1 b4 m) m2 EŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
4 {+ F% q8 Q5 OŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' B$ i# K: c  m7 sŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
7 a1 Y3 Q; A8 i, s) n! e/ z$ SŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
) S. t$ n1 o4 }5 W2 x! n) r* UŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
, O. n2 f, u' CŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
3 G2 c' P) [& \. x) T  rŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
1 G& b* i" y4 [3 w; vŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
- x, L# ^7 k: L( |) C9 lŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
