工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
% _/ h, R$ z9 ?# hŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
% S4 t* u7 ~, T4 M# x1 r) j( j任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
3 f- G! z- {3 a5 a8 zŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
- M7 D% X' T) J! G; j! ]% LŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
$ K, O! T: u& w) UŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
2 f& V1 n1 G1 P( xŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
8 o# v1 H* N/ r/ P% g2 [- LŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
