Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
7 U+ A0 \& n. o5 iŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
( t8 W9 i; a) n0 R) e: PŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
/ M9 R5 I% z9 R8 m9 ]任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
2 S+ q/ |- |) T3 L2 d3 P* XŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

; X/ T0 N4 k7 b$ o4 _2 E6 [3 AŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
3 o0 W6 S. Z9 GŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
0 S# P  b8 x3 j- O  |% SŸ   Valid driver’s license
5 B4 b  k+ O. U+ ^Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
4 T2 s0 f; C9 F0 `& zŸ   Computer experience required.
$ b* I  n0 E$ LExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
