工作职责
# R3 d2 i* O( w- p& JŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
* q/ v( [( p8 f9 |Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

0 _$ C0 }$ H. k* DŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
: Q# U* V9 ^3 T; O3 qŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# K# N; r( C& b# L# m3 l- d- m9 JŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 C& h& G$ X: r# P. y. R4 QŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
% J/ P: {% C& @2 KŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 P7 }1 x4 H1 T, T% L- A' c3 B& Q( `Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
/ A7 |# G9 Y8 e& k+ p# [; e5 bŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* ~& m& k% a4 a( ^/ TŸ   WHMIS
$ i& X7 ~0 T8 Y$ \% V* r& ^Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
2 v, |& Y* ]) G2 u5 \1 CŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
