# W  Y3 g; n0 w9 \- o3 _Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; I4 N0 V3 Y) vŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
; n- o; v, U( D任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
+ L3 ]+ Y" o6 |. Q& M6 KŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ ^) `7 Y$ f% F' e# ?) [, uŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
2 s2 [5 o/ P$ f2 uŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- d3 k8 V# O4 \Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
6 [2 U% X; f4 r4 l1 m0 z1 ^6 o6 \Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
$ h" O1 [) D: B5 J5 ~2 D3 UŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
  T- J, e( t3 ]% r% f7 K; [Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% c6 E# T! x, e  n% V) ^. ?+ sŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
