Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports- t6 a5 [' e5 l; }0 a, }, \6 V
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients; ?8 e9 m+ ?; q7 W& ]) F
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers: E% v$ U4 G& k6 M; Z' d, v

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Ability to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient

- E1 D8 j6 }% @8 c8 c( LProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
6 l+ {& }9 B7 j$ ~Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
+ ~ O/ s" Y; W6 O% i2 Y( k/ NHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
