Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
3 i' R) Q# t( Z# Y1 C( ASubmit and reconcile expense reports

任职要求
9 r* z. W! W& T7 aProven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant; x/ c/ u% o; i9 k+ k! w3 d4 R: ^- T* v; R
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
: d) c7 z; c3 b& R4 \+ B- E) NAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient
: O, _ q4 j% kExcellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
- x8 v, t O' fProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs& f [# A' m$ S! L
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
9 H3 z0 n' i$ T c$ D7 F! P c. w% HHigh School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
