Answer and direct phone calls

Update and maintain office policies and procedures8 N8 W- [. l6 R7 g% M; H: l
Submit and reconcile expense reports% g4 j I) P& n. R+ Q# y5 Q
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients2 a6 ~( }5 C$ M' `3 r( {
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers4 P( a" X6 R# [/ }1 B

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
