Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports3 F6 W P8 M( W- v
Develop and maintain a filing system
1 [; u6 G; g( p! V/ {2 yUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures ?7 Z! r3 a+ d Q
Submit and reconcile expense reports
' p5 e, _( A( V' u N5 Z. PAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients* }# Y: w# b4 p) t5 Q! w
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers* x: r- v$ j# Q; a& F, Z

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs& A! F# e3 ~5 q' R6 q+ o
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
