" q/ [8 i0 k/ M0 G6 MBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
! N$ g* N% n6 N' X- U' q' g: v( A1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
5 U5 a6 s2 J( S, Y& l2 A3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
$ t* l8 V0 C* ~7 Q/ F4. Calibration of Equipment
2 t3 E( Y' a. _- V% o( x. [2 x5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
- K% o; U6 K6 i- b; W. K3 P6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
, F7 I9 y4 P" }5 J7. Other duties as assigned
* B  V  l: _1 w; N- ~$ w( _8 {Skills and specifications:
! a  x8 T, {) k, l, s9 R1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
