  Z6 J1 ]3 v0 \. f9 `Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
0 j7 F, `5 L) `( m: x2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
$ |& U2 Q) g" I9 G$ A4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
& J6 s0 g$ `; Q% M6 R7. Other duties as assigned
4 x+ D* n' j% H7 r: O7 XSkills and specifications:
" K# z. P- B# b' E2 l1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
0 y& M6 b: `3 ?( Z# b( F) X3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
