MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
0 E( o: ], |0 ~% Z, P7 ?Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
( c& B& w0 y4 k$ w, R3 l/ s* b: I1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
- r5 G% I# [% \% I0 g  ?7 }' O2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
# a: D' L/ w- [0 P' Q* o6 f4 K6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
$ P1 C; e- c$ P; ]4 h0 h( H6 I7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
7 Q. x9 p6 A$ Q) w1 o6 x! w2 s1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
/ ~$ b& `. Q" s4 e% Q/ O2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
& ^3 R9 Y& C3 _0 T+ I5. May need to work different hours
