& [0 _( b" W1 P* y0 L( o# WBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
- ^4 `# z2 Q1 D$ {: i% \Duties and Responsibilities:
# X! O, [% i" @+ U/ o+ p% @1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
3 ^' m5 r0 `4 Y. ~; p7 b2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
2 ?. X3 i0 I1 Z' P! U4 G3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
  G5 d2 k! G6 H1 p9 c0 w4. Calibration of Equipment
( k& f7 `1 w! y6 q5 A4 b; P+ w  f; Z5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
2 t  f; q7 [4 J  Q! {7. Other duties as assigned
  b) I$ r8 P: a. C3 \) I" P5 YSkills and specifications:
% |1 w" t5 s' e( K& ^8 J7 W1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
8 R8 E* p! Q  n0 s8 B3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
$ l: h4 P4 s- f0 S  I8 }  a4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
