Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
1 S) d# T( H$ I- N2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
9 ~5 @! I" B6 C$ O" ?' G- S3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
. q2 ^' A# O; `. i! H5 x5 F4 x6 v4. Calibration of Equipment
2 k, n, |- U6 t4 n! H5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
2 a5 @' }+ \5 ?9 O6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
) Z& D3 U. ~; D  F( Y& D/ C7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
0 W. w' k; ~# l! V) Y' K& H1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
