Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
5 _7 l' L; j$ I) H* M; J) n2 V& G4. Calibration of Equipment
: l/ P& @( @3 l5 p6 m$ M+ a5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
- a: k$ P' `% i9 `7. Other duties as assigned
5 J( j) L  r  u; z4 l( ESkills and specifications:
6 d. b, E6 b$ K% T1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
. b" V$ c4 |) |0 A" P) k; Y# E1 u2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
! p0 @6 ]  ]8 _( W3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
) R2 o! {" i3 U4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
