Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
6 s4 E! Y, {  J* p! GDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
" Q! I* V- u. }6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
2 ~/ V  e4 [! rSkills and specifications:
% Z3 ]# r, m+ p2 M9 C  P% f% B1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
; J: P* Y4 x( I% R& m2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
  I$ U! _! ^0 N% T* Y3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
# F* p1 f6 @; N% \& n( C4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
