$ y2 a" m! m& _( E$ g* VBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
1 F- j9 P$ @1 g% M/ Y3 a  N% GDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
; h. ^9 G) F+ h6 G2 `6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned

1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
0 p, [) I/ t) }, R3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
$ R9 d% ^2 S7 a6 d' K4 v- \8 ^4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
