5 g. f) t) ~; l5 z IThe two-year project, facing 111th Street, will add 126,000 square feet of leasable space on the ground floor — and two levels of parking above.

# _, h7 x$ \! q9 f# s9 Z6 y' ~“Part of the redevelopment will include enhanced site lighting and closed-circuit TV security systems monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” said Southgate general manager Paul Fairbridge.
