. t: N7 u, Z. R: ^7 Q· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

· Inventory planning

% c1 T2 j" s) S· Customer relationship management.

· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.

0 g& N2 |) `4 L/ `) G· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Completing specific tasks directed by online business manager.

· Assisting yearly auditing

1) Monday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Requirements:

( @! ?: ]! Q. G% b! `# ]* V6 V· Hands on attitude to get the job done. Good work ethic.

· Fast learning ability

· Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

· Attendance is key factor

· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

% L- w  {$ n8 m& R· Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.
