Tasks
- E- u% t6 F$ G! @7 W        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
; ?8 c0 G5 G1 y         Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
- q5 l2 z% F! z' F. D; C' q; z: p         Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
        Generate reports.
        Provide friendly and professional services.
        Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
        Monitor and order office supplies.
        Container information update
        Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
$ g0 Y8 b/ D& c' e% U+ k; Q         Strong verbal and written English.
/ e1 ~2 q4 ~0 K) P- L1 D+ N% t. R         Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
