Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments

3 B4 Z7 M( D4 j) y/ w0 [4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
& I( U3 }1 L2 A, B3 ]6. Visit the building and enter the units
  n" _  t0 M( q8 e7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
