1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
( ]2 M, i- N; m$ W2 H2. Arrange the viewing appointments
: E) \+ r, T' y, N3. Maintenance requests follow up
. ], b' h* j2 ]# f  ?$ Q4. Handling phone calls and emails
, i7 }; L* F- U5 j" {# P8 C5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
" u# s1 P, {9 u- J$ v. Y7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:

2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
