Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
# B' U5 g- w! m2 y) h6 L+ `2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
' D4 n) h: d/ Z) a4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
3. Able to drive
