Job duties:
& C" D4 |: V" n$ E8 w1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up

5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
3 I4 f& o. K; I& z& ]. V% M; e7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
