Job duties:

2. Arrange the viewing appointments
* P# p; J- X; z6 ]  `3. Maintenance requests follow up
8 ]8 M5 \  L+ @( c; Q5 ^4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
1 g+ d7 T& U. L+ B. A7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
