Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
% d" I/ ]' s$ o; @9 O2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
5 c& C" y, M. Z8 }4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
, E) P5 K2 O" l+ ]) h% k! A6. Visit the building and enter the units
* q# R; d: ]9 E  v4 s7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
- p: r# U% W1 G$ }+ T2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

3. Able to solve problems alone and with the team

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
