Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

Job duties:

2. Arrange the viewing appointments
& a! E  N/ l# `3. Maintenance requests follow up
) Z! Q5 b( V4 u3 B9 {4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units

8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
