Job duties:
' Z6 s2 l! C2 s; I1 [1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
  ^9 `- I- w. @5 v2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
- A# C# E3 Z% H, G. N4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
