Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

Job duties:
7 E: z8 K; X- c( p1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
* a! l5 B( M0 X$ `! S! C6 X9 j* L3. Maintenance requests follow up
7 t0 D, q' b- {4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) A. n) b. q! T6. Visit the building and enter the units
8 p  a  V" n1 M1 s7 I7. Live on-site is preferred
4 l- a; b; L2 J+ |+ Q0 J8 l8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
$ B' j( K6 l  _7 O9 d1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:

2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
