Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
& h$ z0 J$ I0 X( U# y) j2. Arrange the viewing appointments
) R* _8 N$ z7 w+ }6 N3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5 e0 G  e. G: Z/ X5 R8 v+ F8 N- X5. Bookkeeping
& J# ~5 M  o6 k( }3 G6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
