Job duties:
) K# w. i0 n# L' f+ b1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) T+ ?$ P, N/ D6 e8 C6. Visit the building and enter the units
9 g# X6 D2 E, Y6 H7 B+ r4 q5 a7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
