Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
: }4 M) {7 Q! s# }9 k1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
9 `& E2 ]2 r3 G( N& k/ Q9 f5. Bookkeeping
2 S( Q0 e& [  O7 p. d' s2 @6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
6 g# ?0 K- E8 F8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
