Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

Job duties:
8 \: C' C  t4 j* v' d4 ~/ z' ]9 @1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
4 d- G  v2 Z& a$ W: F6 F5 X3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
7 X2 S$ v; }8 k' {2 Q4 L5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
1 C( i" X6 s. y4 a3 j) c6 ?7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:

Requirements:
