Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails

3 T, R0 H9 m  ?8 A. a6. Visit the building and enter the units

8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
9 d- I; C9 ~2 H1 y% \0 c& B5 ^1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
