Job duties:

2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up

5. Bookkeeping
# a" c, o  K) C* C/ ]6. Visit the building and enter the units
/ b- }7 t( s8 s" I0 A8 s3 Z$ z6 r7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
