2. Arrange the viewing appointments

( T( t  ~: C; W: Y1 c1 Y4. Handling phone calls and emails
5 d# u; r) p+ ^7 ]0 s# H: t  }5. Bookkeeping
) }- I  W! I0 D4 ^! `6. Visit the building and enter the units
  i/ x9 V* ^2 _$ U( j7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
