Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
/ a' t! x! h- ]; o) b; I3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
$ g6 c7 k9 {4 Y2 l5. Bookkeeping
! T- S8 X  `( |4 o6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
