Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:

8 j& Q5 z$ G, ~) q3. Maintenance requests follow up
8 @: ]" I8 j3 K) b- i4. Handling phone calls and emails
; |# P: Z1 Z5 Q1 M' V% x5. Bookkeeping
0 r6 t0 }% M3 |0 Q7 U, @. E6. Visit the building and enter the units
2 y: L; Y1 K8 Y6 r9 T7. Live on-site is preferred

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
