Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
& M' [; @' L- x2. Arrange the viewing appointments
( j3 [0 J2 f% ?3 J0 X$ p0 q- g3. Maintenance requests follow up
1 n  H8 t8 X6 |8 i. \2 S8 f) z7 `4. Handling phone calls and emails
4 h4 L! o& ?0 A# P6 @9 i5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
' v2 w4 Z9 T3 a  A/ V7. Live on-site is preferred
% B! V+ d  v2 k8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
