Job duties:
/ x" c2 w  Q2 `3 K" }" {1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
3 k9 [% n" d% h  K( M4. Handling phone calls and emails

6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
