1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
) m5 I2 W; a, m; c3 W4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
% T; X5 O, S' Z" Q" R( Q' W6. Visit the building and enter the units
5 Q7 ~5 u. m3 q- t- M- m  D1 t+ Y7. Live on-site is preferred
$ f1 s2 P; `+ C$ d# H8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
