0 h' E' k, O% N+ n) t1 n7 X0 g5 I: z4. Handling phone calls and emails
  s3 m# E, i# P! x- a9 E1 [% p8 z5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
