Job duties:

, _$ D/ G0 q% m. M8 a/ t4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
! l, ^% U; p8 W% b5 L; U  J6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
' h' p7 @5 r& ^" @8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
