Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails

# E/ T( x0 w& b- x. m6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
  J- b- g- ~; D# {1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
