1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2 r" @, E/ B, N8 n2. Arrange the viewing appointments
& {  s8 h, C  S5 l  t3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
$ Z- C% B: q6 d- ]0 s6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
