Job duties:
: @2 j- v4 b: c9 x1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2 ~3 T' v( c, W. u$ n0 S2. Arrange the viewing appointments
9 l6 R+ h. n0 H6 r6 U3. Maintenance requests follow up
7 }& I: |) ~$ `# a4. Handling phone calls and emails
/ |  y+ y) g- k4 f" e5. Bookkeeping
$ K2 C, ?1 A- G" N6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
