Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up

5 F! y! r  K/ a: Z! ^, Q5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
* ?! A" n8 {, N& c$ X7. Live on-site is preferred
2 y0 d. b& n  H2 c8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
