1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
) ]8 a6 m, N8 r7. Live on-site is preferred
3 r0 t3 M# w  Z# r1 Y8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
! n" p+ z# R4 B4 W( Z! ]5 T; x0 S1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
