1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

3. Maintenance requests follow up
/ e* ]# O5 m$ D$ }/ ~4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
. y- v+ S* U2 Q7 C( U. z6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
