Job duties:
% p" @) w" y2 g  n8 k) P. R1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
8 D# X1 o/ |( t0 l2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails

# ?& v  x0 q+ b8 X6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
