Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
5 c, ~5 J  P: h/ L5 d" ?1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
3 d0 P0 M7 |9 k( U2. Arrange the viewing appointments
( `5 [% E+ w' L* N; ]3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
  {& Q! n! C6 c+ ~# @  X5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units

/ t. g+ |- Z, K* O; I8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:

2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
