Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible

1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
7 `0 X3 a: r% W% w2 X7 |2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
# E) }; I4 q$ h& ~8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
6 \: S8 j# v1 ], E$ y1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
/ s4 z8 N: [( ^( W  E# j5 ^2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:

2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
