Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
. J; @3 z; D3 e8 ]1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
1 v+ Y3 e* S2 ^9 Q: N7 R: p2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
1 ^! E7 `) q. M7 ]7. Live on-site is preferred
5 [, n) J% h0 a+ \8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:

2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
