3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
* t' C) R9 g$ n( r+ J* Z6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
