1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
& [4 D8 b) O* T9 _0 Q$ S2. Arrange the viewing appointments
, y8 }4 f4 _; G& }3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails

7. Live on-site is preferred

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
