Job duties:
/ b4 F* I4 z# ~5 s: j% A1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
8 W; A3 D% H8 N- `3 Y' l( f3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
8 {5 c5 j! L- i6 p; s! Y& N3 B6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
