1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
* l6 u! M. Z% B$ X2. Arrange the viewing appointments
& E5 a1 D7 {$ o8 g7 u1 m3 W- r3. Maintenance requests follow up
! j" v  o0 m7 C3 p4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
0 W7 A" H8 b; ]8 A7. Live on-site is preferred
6 t6 v+ F) ~3 b4 v: c! I; ^8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
