Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
# {4 t4 I' R; {& Y, X3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
) j, q8 X! W" K( W6. Visit the building and enter the units
& y7 c# T4 w2 K" i6 l9 P7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

; l( g: S! f0 }4 Y" |1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
