1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments

4. Handling phone calls and emails
5 q8 a& w% s. |5. Bookkeeping
; [% I/ e5 [& a. P7 L6. Visit the building and enter the units
1 W# ]: c4 Q* \& ^3 l$ i' ^7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
