9 r, O, D- w8 B  e! t1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
+ R( M. I* I5 T% B2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
! R. |; l( q7 }4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
