Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
" V- c6 H+ u5 \5 j5 L: m2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
' x4 g. f% W8 b' r3 n4. Handling phone calls and emails
9 t9 `8 e+ t, G. ~4 U3 i5. Bookkeeping
( V9 Y% ^( h# x) b' ]2 ]6. Visit the building and enter the units
6 e9 S! ^  [$ w$ C2 k& w/ q7. Live on-site is preferred
