3. Maintenance requests follow up

) {& r7 d: r# u: I6 L( ]5. Bookkeeping
5 Y  B1 l5 o3 G& F* W1 e6. Visit the building and enter the units

8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
