Job duties:

  G. D0 y' O& a& s4 P9 }( f2. Arrange the viewing appointments
1 U) n& q# t* U6 U3. Maintenance requests follow up
' P" f: n) j, f: \4. Handling phone calls and emails
$ Q# F8 A# [3 ?6 c3 |5. Bookkeeping
) }* h8 O( L; p% |/ K) n6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
