Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
7 W* ^$ j1 U, X' h0 W1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
$ a. G. a$ |- p2. Arrange the viewing appointments
$ E7 N& I3 D4 D3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
( }8 B9 n8 ~9 l1 I4 P1 e: h5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
