Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

Job duties:
: Q7 l0 W- F) s8 c1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
" m1 i$ N) D* @: B7 e2. Arrange the viewing appointments
4 c" I+ T( O: g5 F+ B$ n3. Maintenance requests follow up
* D& ?4 D& ^9 B. b+ o" a) w8 \4. Handling phone calls and emails
5 x- f1 f9 X; x+ t& [9 i0 w5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
