Job duties:

0 u; X5 {6 f! a2. Arrange the viewing appointments
, ~' T6 a, s% ?1 R+ M3. Maintenance requests follow up
& g% F5 d6 _' Q' L% A4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6 g: W' \$ U) g$ D; p5 S6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
2 k  o* X5 Q( y8 e& b8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie
