Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals

3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
+ K/ _5 _5 j" W6 ~, p7. Live on-site is preferred
; o! C+ O! C1 r$ g2 K  K8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
