Job type: Permanent full-time job. 6-8 hours per shift, overtime possible. 5 shifts per week. Commission and on-call possible
Location: 312 Saddleback Rd NW Edmonton AB. 10729 108 St NW Edmonton AB. 10876 97 St NW. The location may be changed if required. On-site tasks may be assigned.

2. Arrange the viewing appointments
3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping

4 k$ S8 V' t" v7 N7. Live on-site is preferred
$ Q$ _9 T) Y, H& Z$ W8 r8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
2 o7 C: y, ~  U+ }3 u# m2 E1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.
2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent
