Job duties:
/ G' }2 T# g0 P9 [# p! X1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
7 y2 M6 y& B0 x0 E2. Arrange the viewing appointments
/ R  O3 R/ Q: }5 s8 x3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
5. Bookkeeping
/ q/ h9 P) o) {6 Y6. Visit the building and enter the units
2 J9 R4 n( c8 W% ^. _8 ^9 s$ y7. Live on-site is preferred
/ g9 E: N5 f+ V' k! D8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

Live on-site:
