1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
* H% a' u- ~- _3. Maintenance requests follow up
  i5 T: o6 ?0 D+ _9 w! {. J; t$ _4. Handling phone calls and emails
! T3 `6 O  O6 D# w5. Bookkeeping
5 n! g+ q/ x: g) K% r9 B6. Visit the building and enter the units
7. Live on-site is preferred
8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
