Job duties:
1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
: O& A- u4 j' U! X8 E2. Arrange the viewing appointments
5 d6 U( U. u* E0 T2 p' L  ?3. Maintenance requests follow up
% ?9 v+ E6 M" D' N/ _2 U4. Handling phone calls and emails
1 U" t* d" i( P/ t5. Bookkeeping
6. Visit the building and enter the units
+ o$ W+ D3 e' l1 P7. Live on-site is preferred
  g# B( }- h4 k0 [5 X8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed

2. The employee may bring a roommate to occupy the space after the employer's consent

Requirements:
1. Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate
