. z# [5 q( L, PChina in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
% ?3 K5 ~/ ^/ w% Ostudents. Although the gunman has been currently
' R8 X( \5 L3 L. fidentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
