* S# y+ p/ b1 n% jPosting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.* w: L. t/ w4 N; @

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

Move-ins and Move-outs: Conducting inspections with tenants before they move in and after they move out. Determine any necessary deductions from the security deposit if applicable.

5 |% H$ N* k6 O, e4 j4 YExceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.

  x9 o7 x+ B& o$ c3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.
