Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.  X' \; ^# N! j

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

1 i7 ^* p7 [9 LTenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.4 K6 ~; l: J& }$ k: y0 G/ Z

Leasing and Lease Renewals: Handling the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring tenants understand the house rules, and overseeing lease renewals when applicable.

Maintenance Coordination: Organizing and scheduling repairs, replacements, and cleaning services for rental properties. Additionally, responding to emergency situations in a timely manner to minimize property damage and ensure tenant safety.

Rental Market Research: Researching and comparing market rents to determine appropriate pricing for rental units.

Exceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.- Y/ k* [& l) {) f+ l
