Requirements:
' t7 d4 D* a- e4 z8 H& i1) Manage Front Office operations, and oversee operations of the Motel

2) High degree of attention to detail and professionalism

; o1 h& X2 `8 c' _2 n3) Demonstrated commitment to finding new and better ways of working by applying learning, feedback and experience

1 a! }6 f! @* H2 U4) Results oriented with the ability to be flexible

5) Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated and prepared to exceed our guest and employee expectations

) j+ K/ h) C  d7 o3 r% _6) Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word

7) Conduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance

/ J& l- @" M1 Q- A+ F0 q$ N9) General know how of plumbing, electric, heating.

10) Acts as a representative for the Hotel with our key business partners, developing new partnerships and maintaining relationships for best business outcomes and community relations

Compensation:
