Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.* T) N& ^% I% i+ A

Monday – Friday 11 am-7 pm

Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials
, N. X0 _# d) cLoads and unloads non-ferrous material
& A: Q0 u7 t/ s0 H# P9 N+ r5 FMust be able to work safely at all times$ U( e9 d* s* D2 J( C; B) o/ @
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently5 }) _9 g% ^0 b0 [) @
Performs routine housekeeping.7 P0 m8 h% e- G/ N; w
Observes and reports any safety issues0 O* {1 j$ q" x- f

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
) g) \# x( [1 N- h9 h0 nKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
8 x( k, U' y, g HHigh school diploma (Or GED)6 q4 Q/ {$ H0 \, n- `6 Z- N: x
Well-articulated and assertive
& ~, C7 b! E H; G/ RAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization
