Key Responsibilities:

+ Q' L- \) g" S" v-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
4 j6 r) d  R8 N$ F-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
2 K5 \7 M2 B" F6 X-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
, {$ t+ @1 C. P. c- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
, p! w& q* r+ `2 S-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
