CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

: {! K- k' e* D6 \7 PShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
$ {7 p. Z# ^# k. ^1 ^-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
, l$ p* j, F8 f  S6 j-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
7 M2 V8 a! P1 j' F  \-Providing general clerical support to the office.
0 F8 C$ x5 @' `( C, Y-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
