CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

8 w6 O7 a2 W) s  |1 vKey Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
) |1 _: Z  J/ ?+ I8 W; _-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
  C, c8 a4 ]% {5 a! p- o8 d5 ]6 a-Providing general clerical support to the office.
+ i/ h; }( B9 F-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
/ B. b% s+ K/ K- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
