, @3 a5 I' T% B' m& p-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
& @7 w- k, W! D6 t0 f-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
+ V, r2 }9 u" E/ [; I  i-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
( j  U! ?) j9 t0 c2 C) A5 N. k8 D- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
" T0 L+ q+ v/ N3 v. @" g$ h, U-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
( V7 w, K( H. Q. M# G! Y1 O  M; E7 Q- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
