CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23

Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

8 E/ M9 F# Y" n; |4 X-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
3 N! C& [; U1 w, p6 Q8 d-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
8 V* ?- `; `- V7 S* b- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Key Skills:
; U: W4 L- u3 X, j6 B" G2 S
-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
+ |) D* z9 x) X  l5 X- {+ j- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

* L8 o; P) `3 VEducation and Qualifications:
8 ?0 d2 x! \4 c
- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
# s: k  J9 s# W% v! p& |6 L5 ]6 v- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  F0 O! T$ S. i- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
