8 z; P9 b+ z1 C; S. ?8 dShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  N3 {7 F/ L* f
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
; Z1 |3 [! i& m-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
( g! |2 Z! f5 D1 u6 M2 N7 _6 [0 Y- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
- t. j1 J% j' B; A6 r3 a, Z0 y-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.

0 Q# a  Y" V2 J- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
; U) {8 v- M! V6 t4 N- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
