Duties include: preparing for programs by working with current staff at) c7 P+ o3 v% a
CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
+ D& k6 I5 n$ e9 g/ X/ Evenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,% f4 q6 k1 }$ T9 [8 ^
etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for6 Z! B- r. x* e4 | f8 {; Y
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
) q0 B: h2 E K o3 }! Btheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
) u# K" g1 t t) S2 ? k5 ptheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,0 ?+ F2 P( F6 e: ? Y! V
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking4 K, b' h6 P8 g: q4 o5 S
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city

B" R0 P: W4 \3 r& LQualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in; o+ U- i% p8 C0 ]: Y+ E
Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
" t" x {9 J, @0 }* O, K7 X# C" V6 h8 nfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
% u" {# i; ]3 Z8 N' F# [demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
