- 35 per week during the busy period. There may be an opportunity for

CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
: O* i% Z2 w$ n/ O3 Zvenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
- I9 I9 ]' F# P7 I0 \etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
8 s& f# \ R. R5 v3 eparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and! F& V& C7 `3 F$ Z2 `, t
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
8 q* a" Y, m! X. Stheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,4 ]% k" c0 E& o
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking% W/ A* G5 W+ z( A) a4 g, X7 @
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
. I% f2 g3 [# L X) R! Z) ^outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city1 H5 d# [! d: l4 s, b
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night
& V& K. Q6 p0 ~& o; G5 gexcursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in& p2 @8 b3 z, i
Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate, a0 Y, B6 e$ L/ T1 x( Z0 @" ]' ~1 `6 W
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
: J. L: g" K* i4 q) G( bdemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake! t; F7 Q8 ?$ o4 w: ^& k% @
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those D7 Y0 ]$ R7 C/ \6 m& p
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management1 m& R* ^, O# }
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,% ^5 @5 l _) _) c4 q# n( Y
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); administrative experience an asset,
