Hours per week will be 20 - 30 - 20 during the first few weeks, then 30

CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus
! u7 S1 T& d/ L) uvenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
- Q+ N' Y; n. n' Retc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for7 }/ p( I( M! J9 ^5 k( a, W, @/ P
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and- R& B6 U, ^$ {& q
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during
/ I" \: k3 U M H/ `. otheir program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,) v M+ d9 A$ t' T- M' C6 T# B% _
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
4 {! a2 h% c) Jvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city6 ]# L7 p7 j# t- r$ k* X) L
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city" L: \: o; O7 h8 T/ w9 _- n

excursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
; h6 f" h& Z: XCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
6 r, x( Z7 ^1 d6 tfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese," A- A, K G1 Y g5 M! X
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake, |7 o$ D* x6 i6 Y( q& m
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those! S/ Y" t A/ e
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management( B( t% q7 ^3 {7 V$ a
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,1 w+ q3 L! ]4 T$ g/ ^9 @$ z8 ?' D
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); administrative experience an asset,
