$ q$ k. C3 @2 ~& Y+ u8 OStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
1 ]/ w  V( T/ R$ ?6 d+ Y8 j& sanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
' z( |% k! S! g+ ]admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
6 T% M' ?: p9 r' Z" Wskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
# ^/ l" \! X* lproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
# B+ G4 ?6 ]* n6 uan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
