recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

& R% z  N% z- m* G2 ]Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

0 O; g" _) A3 S( y7 Z* K9 @2 C; q* xDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
% f/ u; a  i1 _. R; ]admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
; O! X  b) _( f7 O2 ^% Paddresses and general office duties.

4 V# E/ S! R6 q) d) T, K7 ?( dQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
6 s, b4 u' V- O7 l' I: mproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
