Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.' Z; k9 F! M( L. h( S
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
+ q$ Z* B$ k3 h/ B& ?& wPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
. o7 d9 ^ d) A; O: IEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
