As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Rent payment follow up

Open house showings

Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.9 V4 a+ y4 G" p5 V8 S
Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.3 T% M3 s2 Y$ n& w/ G9 A3 z
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
6 R% c4 g7 X, p9 m! P9 C& BMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
' O) r I3 E$ [0 Z/ A L( z! l' @) jMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
, U2 l8 g6 ~& Y3 yEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
o. v3 Q) s! p/ c. |- G$ ~Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
- P! A7 m8 x$ t/ u+ p7 Z( D! I, `* l! OConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
9 z( `, e7 D; ^1 U _8 F) @2 KPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
+ R0 G6 i( x, h. Z. `Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
