Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.. ^1 U- @2 g; _

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.1 h4 ]+ @6 A' j' }: G5 w
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.1 J* S$ j$ i: o2 G3 h
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
