Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.9 V% w9 i3 M% ?+ F
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
