As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
" ]2 Z6 G0 f) S5 U+ AMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.; T6 w- p& K- I

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.% m+ p8 ` Z+ [) m0 h
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.8 l* h6 ]! _1 K2 T" S, E# Y
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
