A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Financial

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
& C5 S- I7 \: b3 MCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.! D; B2 e& T/ p
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
& K! c, w, _9 r$ L; ePlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
1 o& N; v% h8 U; R, X; eEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
