Class 5 drivers’ license

A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Financial

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
( v' c1 ~" d/ i4 C0 X9 hMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
" n u6 _4 h! q/ g: D dMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.0 j% T5 ^8 K2 E( V' R" }3 i
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
- k0 A4 ^* X2 @8 iSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
$ n1 n' k* m; b1 iConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.1 e: P5 l, ]! B: I- M
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
* `8 A+ _$ W* o l+ PEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.- g1 j( h7 J* i2 J
