Requirement:

" v6 G+ @: |7 c% S; G+ z2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
7 w& e3 c. ~; {4 u* t- ]3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
$ j1 a! p2 K! }, T4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
2 ^$ B6 i$ X! ~8 o3 K' ?5. Has class 5 drivers license
- u3 D4 |2 S1 d" Q! L; i6. At least 1-year work experience in any field% w; s0 @* L2 ~$ N' r3 e0 X

+ ?3 M/ n7 T# [6 e5 J6 y4 P3 E1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools5 K" @. H' c! W2 T& @: u
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
. t8 i. [! m2 i+ ]6 \: G$ J( v# m3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
5 {: s% F% A& x6 P- I& k4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices z9 X4 A$ T; T. g! a* w% [3 T
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
