3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions

5. Has class 5 drivers license2 j. ]6 D2 M- T
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field7 {! |. [3 A2 S. r6 S7 F

Job Duties:7 X. C) \) q7 Q4 y ^+ a3 F4 P
1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
/ g/ q$ U) `, H) a3 w& e! ^2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks" R8 z$ o' ?7 z% t; y2 J
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties5 B3 \, V6 O( D$ F- z- O
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices

6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company$ T' |' k* o# Q, H
