4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails

Job Duties:
: i" O" X( b3 C& a9 v1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools. f' w( H: x3 j( z
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
}$ Y+ S4 u1 b6 t6 i3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties6 `1 ^) a/ ?; S# F/ t# W
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
! w8 X7 @% P: g5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
- k( Q8 u: h2 Z% ]- O6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
