We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required. # l- X- O+ E7 t `3 Y6 _1 p

Requirement:

& v" T' O; F# L2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally: J: |7 { C0 c" { J9 l
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
, k% h! W* ^" B0 G" b$ L9 f4 s! ^' g4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails8 u! @& V! O, r
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
: w9 ^- W. \- n. F: J6. Working experience is not required but preferred. / ]% j* Q8 N( O) Q; W

Job Duties:
2 h( A4 N; l. Y9 ~1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
% [9 u4 J: }, t( u* A2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks8 ?0 m5 ]6 ~. \4 h7 f
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
/ I3 ~6 b8 y$ O$ V B4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
3 _' {7 m3 s0 o9 W) U7 N* L( u9 y5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
( T4 N5 \& T* B8 y- Q1 a; Y6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
