Based on the sale percentage, you can tell how hot the market is and 'demand >> supply' will last for a long time. , Y6 L5 n- C" ]) g9 A5 ]. n M

The other one is http://www.statcan.ca/Daily/English/070404/d070404a.htm, based on the amount of permits, you can kind of caculate how many new building permits were issued thus how many new houses start to build. |
