JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2 ?" E* y' G( A' q2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a ' Y' G+ |, P# F6 C- i' U% H
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the

: r' G9 }3 G# g4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, ( P$ `1 r: ~+ q* l
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal 2 m4 T3 G3 `; ?3 U. k! Z
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

policy.
