Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
, R& L9 H* `2 w3 w1 Shigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in 9 F- K% f+ l' T. J
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3 [' W# j% a* o9 g3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 1 ~% m% [, P# ]# R `
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
& g$ M a3 a- Wincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal
4 }0 b% g: h% I" sand ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate / K9 H& H& {8 d' O# G4 C% Q
action when necessary in accordance with established Server ; V% m# ?# F8 m" [# X' S- f
intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.; H+ \; U3 C6 S
6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
; ]% k' Q0 r, b3 }) X# `: X, CAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.( P G+ l v1 H6 @

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

QUALIFICATIONS;
5 \1 I! z9 P4 {1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based 2 X( d- G$ H( E. w
operation.

6 H6 R! j( M, c' T& r0 V0 `3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union ' [4 O' H# G' h
policy.6 \ A3 k+ U m( a" d5 H: E
8 |0 Z$ O r0 R- x& d+ {7 p4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge 7 t5 `! c0 L. e- D2 ^( J3 X* m
card transactions.

5) Ability to deal with staff, students and the general public in a
