procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:2 v& s' I3 }$ l. ?
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and ) d0 @- m# x" {
beverage items.: d5 n* v$ y6 k x0 R9 D8 U

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
7 h3 b& k4 i; B; L3 [bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
: ?' x, m; b) E/ J$ v& Seach shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
" A, D2 z! d4 C0 fattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and 2 D E9 \$ ?, h1 x3 g- T- S
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
! f% n% p c. A+ c7 {$ {6 q1 Dstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 3 C: L7 [" |4 d6 v. m7 T2 s0 X
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.- N: Z. g( n B! s3 x. W

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
: q+ T7 ^3 o5 Y2 wmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a # ^+ g6 R5 ^; Z% \4 D
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in
& z3 X8 C$ X; _accordance with Students' Union policies.

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a * b Q- R. E5 [$ u9 H: F" \
high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
- D+ X+ B% ^; i% O" [! T+ q; Roperation.: i4 D+ o8 H# f$ K7 J" U0 G; P

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in 1 x8 g. j+ o. S3 _; t$ D

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
