JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and / g2 |- B; y( d7 B- N
beverage items.( O+ E; T- F5 W" O6 W( Z6 c
: z) a# ? H K: S/ K2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
6 {2 ?( H/ @) n6 X( n( Y4 @bar and debit floats.+ D7 @" L& G2 J

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of + P$ ]' e4 y. ~9 U: x- x
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular ! f. r, X' C' H4 J
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and & b3 z0 ~2 n" F' S) @8 j
seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.8 T" w- b) m4 H/ z: X% m! [
4 i+ v( T( C/ ]& [5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
, g4 M @' S/ e& \storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol ! k& a' l: G L, O/ M8 Y
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

' K, y1 M* S6 t0 W% _# R6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

QUALIFICATIONS:

4) Good physical condition, the ability to handle full beer kegs.
