1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and ! F; m. d/ m7 v& B# e

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of 6 y# Q* c- z6 c

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular ' u4 A) {, z. Z5 m4 z

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close ; {8 Y: b) W) k; }2 y( F' n

high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in g; ^# j% o/ u. }5 h$ m, Z
accordance with Students' Union policies.

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a # U1 i2 f& @5 _0 c% d
high standard of customer service and effective operation of the room.

QUALIFICATIONS:

: }% B; ]3 t9 w' E( J7 H" D% @2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 8 F/ u! f7 q7 |1 x% X) U
operation.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance, personal hygiene and dress in
