procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 n* ~0 D) u5 M D1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

/ o6 ]: ]! l7 q/ c1 c& V- J6 ^3 g2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the
4 r, F* r- u4 k. u4 \bar and debit floats.

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of - F6 f# R9 `# L$ l) o- V* X

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
$ F% B2 E8 I% O# cstorage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol & w4 B" Y5 Y* V* t. s1 Q
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.2 I& d( B1 j; I6 n

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

accordance with Students' Union policies.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 2 F0 v/ w( Z. e5 W9 B
