procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

( w! |- Q. m5 v+ m6 k' H9 |2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ' J. K6 r- q# S
bar and debit floats.

( v3 \9 y, B2 J* u2 h3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
' y J- T' [1 H# W% D. U* Q9 J) Ceach shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular

seating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in

products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift. k" q, L0 R+ {5 z

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close 7 Y: c; O) n; ~3 A

accordance with Students' Union policies.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 5 N! e9 j& Z" \# q. S3 H7 I @4 R
