27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30  
p.m., Monday through Friday

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
0 n6 l( L3 Y% R- COperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

. ~& m$ k, m/ ]. e# `3 }! HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

- J! g8 \/ W) K- G# M8 F3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
  H; E+ K5 Z9 p. Z
0 W/ @$ h( }0 D4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

2 J' F& D; I$ k& \; D/ L1 i# i5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

9 P  K$ E% h- v9 f& z# w8 F7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
; t' o4 `! }! Fshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

& ~4 V; [7 j  L& l  y To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

; O+ w+ q4 ?9 h3 Y* \% C+ {3 J' l3) Cashier experience.
% y+ Y4 R% T- }5 u. H8 v% k4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
. F  m# \7 s) G; S, j
: @, T9 L7 v5 E- d. M0 {* P& \+ i5) Very good public and staff relations.

8 S0 T- U  O. e% U; s4 X( |6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
