at mercury and trace elements emissions control; maintaining a
" \4 C. l4 q' q# A. d0 Llaboratory book; communicating problems and implementing solutions; d7 E' R8 Y9 U4 S; y
effectively with assigned lab supervisor; and flexibility to interact
# `+ _, j+ w. m, t# }1 x" Owith a number of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will develop
: P; `# V; y* v- ^- X! ]2 gskills in analytical techniques, fundamental and applied research in a8 p1 B2 [) Q' u
supportive environment. Possible interaction with full-scale testing of L6 O" q) U# j7 t) ], H: T C5 V
novel materials and inter-departmental facilities. 2 F/ g% C) b5 f1 ]4 W2 C' D% N

No previous experience necessary; ability to work with people, work
: P$ o8 e1 `( d6 H( `9 [! Fsafely and learn new skills in a laboratory environment; interest in$ I8 f3 V& l; q& Y0 u0 m+ w
environmental emissions controls for industry.

Preference will be given to second year or more advanced students with' G% M, ~! L8 K P, E
demonstrated relevant program interests.
