Employment will be from May 16 to August 30. 0 j+ P& e) g* S( {
& X: s) m+ K8 ^/ u+ P- T8 y( z, j
Duties include: integrating with a multifaceted research program geared9 m% n, v$ T: d, ? E
at mercury and trace elements emissions control; maintaining a
: v/ q! s+ w/ H" olaboratory book; communicating problems and implementing solutions
9 f- {: v+ b& D9 M8 r; Teffectively with assigned lab supervisor; and flexibility to interact ]; P* ^7 R* s2 l
with a number of ongoing projects. The successful candidate will develop m/ ~/ F5 u) g; K
skills in analytical techniques, fundamental and applied research in a' i/ I1 m( b/ P- P$ E( O9 l
supportive environment. Possible interaction with full-scale testing of
+ [) G& f8 @6 ^+ p9 V Tnovel materials and inter-departmental facilities.

No previous experience necessary; ability to work with people, work
7 k& X! N* `8 e& dsafely and learn new skills in a laboratory environment; interest in
1 a0 t9 [9 A4 N/ Uenvironmental emissions controls for industry.! x3 ]* W, \; U$ k" M- U
8 b; r4 f" ], d z! l
Preference will be given to second year or more advanced students with
4 X* u0 i( N5 C) s7 mdemonstrated relevant program interests.
