Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
3 J1 B" z  F( ^" \; r0 W! a' }Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
7 T7 f+ {- F6 L+ ]7 uIssue notices to tenants
8 S6 v! k( t  O* ?' k1 j, K2 xCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts

Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
