Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need - |& T. i' j" _# @6 w+ Wto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the 7 o/ |9 m7 B4 Krent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
