Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need ; V% U! L" M" Oto pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the 9 O& h- {2 a' x' G
rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
