POSITION SUMMARY:

+ a" a% w& g2 Z2 e. L•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
9 O: W' |* B2 u, dDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
) {# `, g. }/ Z* V( X•        Control store-operating expenses.
9 F9 V7 o0 I4 G  X5 T•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
, O  u% |$ R$ A( A1 H# L
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
9 S8 s% E" A2 ?/ D! T: V•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
$ X4 \2 R4 \& M0 h•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
