POSITION SUMMARY:

Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service. a( N6 e _5 l8 C7 k
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.; T' B$ W. {, r0 m" V' B9 A
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Manage store physical inventory.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
7 Y+ M% a" i# j! G• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.( E8 Q+ K3 f: }0 S7 G
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
