POSITION SUMMARY:

' G( P; V4 z' ]) g) u•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
7 Y+ M% a" i# j! G•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: _$ H( j5 o) w9 F% q9 Q* u•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
' E9 V% t5 P: j. N/ \1 |•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
