POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
+ A4 L6 {" I8 _0 w•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
  _6 I4 P. K0 y! Z  h•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
: J1 {& {: t5 j" r/ ~" c# j/ t•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
6 X$ d$ h$ W, D: ]& t: ]4 C•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

0 o% f9 |& Q; f  M8 K& p" ^- RREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
0 B, a, y7 E# q( D0 F& U•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
  ^2 R0 v$ s/ j  Z7 Z•        Excellent customer service skills.
! e( u0 ^; h& y+ M% n7 S•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
# w2 w2 j7 g- T; @•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
