POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 U/ A, X1 h6 U8 R, ]) ?1 B3 D•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
7 E' k; L" X$ f5 j% v) D/ N% }•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
) n8 D) K  |% X" K7 Z4 E: z•        Control store-operating expenses.
7 P3 V9 V* D1 h" |6 Q& j0 p•        Lead by example in company service standards.
- y: q$ D  k/ z2 S3 t•        Manage store physical inventory.
, X: S+ e% s1 @4 E  p•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


# v' Z3 H- t! k; Q7 L. r' TREQUIREMENTS:
0 d! s0 B9 W" M' A' F! a4 a" n
1 K9 W" v0 K- x•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
1 Q' j0 q7 V* D•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
/ G6 U* q5 y, I& r$ \•        Excellent customer service skills.
. o( B! r5 l" N3 s' Z- C" K•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) d) W) d0 y# v9 W" Z' e•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
