POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
1 G" j; U9 ~2 l. W•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
" f4 g6 Q- M' j, F; C2 X3 O+ K/ G•        Lead by example in company service standards.
7 n3 y" a0 V# v: x2 e6 W•        Manage store physical inventory.
" {) G+ c% Z( d7 D' W+ @) Y) J•        Maintain employee files and records.

+ \  u; A% \% }/ J6 Q# y0 M1 Y" [REQUIREMENTS:

; g. ~( m2 G6 z: G•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
9 J8 }( I: h, S/ R•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
) U4 O& J! p. b+ E•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
