POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
' q5 V( [/ }# Q1 ^' r! X& ?Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ o, o6 m" k3 f9 v+ h•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
  _* C1 b& H) y+ j•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

. E0 q" O7 m7 X
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
# q& r/ u# c, Q2 O6 N•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
