POSITION SUMMARY:

• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:- [5 O- x, @: g
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
+ A4 L6 {" I8 _0 w• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
_6 I4 P. K0 y! Z h• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.) r c& p0 p$ B8 e8 ]7 m
• Control store-operating expenses.9 ~- ]) j7 D7 w
• Lead by example in company service standards.

• Maintain employee files and records.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.
0 B, a, y7 E# q( D0 F& U• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.; v# z/ C* u4 A# c
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
^2 R0 v$ s/ j Z7 Z• Excellent customer service skills.
! e( u0 ^; h& y+ M% n7 S• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.% d! g: C2 V8 e/ b
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
