POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
- H. X: F! \' a1 `Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
+ b1 ?9 q4 a7 `4 N) W( E7 R% j•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
8 c7 g1 z# m" c4 Y! l9 C/ L•        Lead by example in company service standards.
  S3 ]; ]' o, }) X2 \/ h•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

& e& A. ~4 N% k( S4 Y3 Z$ o; U# G; _•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
* ]4 W0 ^0 y+ O•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) t5 y7 o3 `, X5 f. q•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
7 e# V; f4 B& R) k* I' i; N•        Strong Leadership skills.
