POSITION SUMMARY:

) k7 J( ^2 `3 l+ f/ {•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
/ {& x9 x$ C" q4 c& ^Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 J( y; d* o# ~" X2 d% x; f•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
' Z2 k" S/ o( H•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
. c( H3 A$ M# k5 D5 V•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
; U1 @% r5 U+ R- h0 v4 N0 ]( n•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


; L# g7 P' P$ ?( M4 tREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
; C) i- E7 D& S, d) V•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
0 R' M; `5 }5 i% q. K$ B0 H7 x•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
2 U$ g) s3 O" V) j•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
