POSITION SUMMARY:

7 K6 {( x: X* g, b% e) y•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
1 s1 k, [0 y/ G1 p2 n5 u, Z) S- `- b•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
$ G6 \) u5 d/ M0 V•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
' C. q% h; ~0 q% r8 u•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
: k2 h) r$ ]* w  ~) d7 V' A' \0 t•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
4 z5 }" U& m( P/ s, Z•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
8 @+ Z# T/ o1 k- h/ s•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
& W* ]  u, Y; B* ?- M3 O- {•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
