0 o; T# n# U2 M! p% r3 B5 `•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
( G# V3 H; c% k! Y, B4 _0 n. g•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

6 E& L7 Q( E5 I' p* H# K•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 Q4 ?) [6 L. R% A/ ]3 M6 z•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
" Y& p3 ^4 w6 C8 a•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
