•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
& q3 c) H& m' }# XKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
5 H* _; y9 O% v+ c7 ]! J" A•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
3 M$ |6 N: l6 ?" [0 s* [" |4 ]•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
, `8 H. a- Q( m- N6 d; [! f% L
# |. W# I- A# h4 q. q  S, Q•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
3 Q0 }, k8 p' |! y3 f: T8 b•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
