如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

9 x1 t/ h0 A. k A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
6 x/ `, g6 Q0 F/ l! |; E（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。

一般会多扣除一个月房租，你可以自己找个新租客。
