如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

without notifying the landlord, the landlord can keep the property empty and ask you pay all  the rest

place. Best is tell the landlord even it is less than 1 month.

If your lease is month to month, and he finds the next renter, he should give back your deposit minus damage.

2 y2 ]4 Z, D# o3 `看了一下原来的合同（第一年的合同）仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
' X0 k, F. p& _% D! y/ v0 n) e. r（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
